NAATI endorsement means LEXIGO has been formally assessed and recognised by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters as meeting the Australian Government's standards for language service providers.

The endorsement model was authorised by all Australian state, territory and federal governments and commenced on 24 February 2026.

Endorsed providers must engage NAATI-certified practitioners wherever possible, agree to the LSP Code of Conduct, and report service data to NAATI every three months.

Most projects are completed within 5 to 10 business days depending on scope and language count. Urgent turnarounds are available. For ongoing projects and requirements, we agree service levels upfront and report against them.

Confidentiality is built into how we operate, not bolted on. We hold ISO 27001 certification for information security management, which means our processes, systems, and data handling are independently audited against international standards. Every translator on your project signs a confidentiality agreement before they see your content. Files are transferred through secure channels, and all data is hosted in Australian data centres. We work with sensitive government briefs, protected health information, legal proceedings, and financial disclosures every day. If your organisation has specific security requirements beyond our standard protocols, we're set up to accommodate them.
